Wonderful
Large rooms, nice big pool. Nothing was too much trouble at the Bauman residence, food from the restaurant is beautiful and the girls and always so pleasant and helpful. They have free ice lollies nearly everyday in the main lobby which went down amazing with my kids!! This hotel is around 10 min walk to the beach and bangla road, 7/11 and pharmacy 2 minutes away. We was greeted by Friday when we arrived on check in and she made sure we was all sorted and had everything we needed! Honestly I wouldn’t doubt returning to this hotel.
Smelly drains which often smelt the whole hotel room out.

Fair Review
The hotel is spacious both swimming pool and room. Swimming pool has many sections for everyone. It's very long and has several jets massage outlets(not everyone is in working condition) The pool has a pool bar that offers drinks and finger food. The happy hour also offers buy one get one free. The pool lounges are very comfortable and enough for everybody. Our room is a two bedroom with 3 beds. Very big and good layout. Own balcony. Drying Rack. Amenities are adequate. Wardrobe has enough hangers. The buffet is ok. Not restaurant standard. But it provides enough energy to start with. It covers a variety of food. Different types of eggs, beverages, bread, curry, rice, fresh fruits, and salad. It's reasonable for 200TB per person. The location is superior. Walking distance to Patong Beach, Bangle Rd, and lots of restaurants and 7/11 and massages nearby the hotel. There are also many stalls selling takeaway food by locals. It was so cheap and delicious. Thai stirfry mince on rice with fried egg only costs 60BT. Freshly made juice only 20BT. If you are sick of the restaurants meals. There are alternatives. The hotel is not located in the middle of the action, which is very quiet at night. And good for sleep in the next morning. Inside the hotel room, you don't hear noise from other rooms, which is also good for resting up. The shower is very strong and hot water temperature set up properly like home. In our room, there is also a bathtub. There are laundry services outside the hotel everywhere. 50TB for 1kg is a very good price. The hotel also has an ironing room on the 1st floor.
1. There are constant smells in the bathroom. Not hotels fault. It's the city's sewage system to blame, I think. However, if you pay $1 from 7/11, get a pack of scent. Light up a couple of times a day. It works the wonder. 2. During our week stay, there were two power blackouts. One happened on NYE midnight. Lasted about 15 minutes. Another one happened on NY, and it lasted 3 minutes. If you have a morning flight, make sure you bring a torch for packing up the luggage in the darkroom. 3. The English skills of receptionists are very lacking during a complex situation. They could handle a simple check-in/out procedure but not very efficient in dealing with some issues or understanding what guests request. I had to become the interpreter on a few occasions to help them out. 4. Traffic can be nightmare coming in or going out Patong to other places such as Boat Ave (only on Friday) Chillva Market (everyday except Sunday) Phuket Old Town, etc. So plan ahead is crucial. It is better to avoid rush hour. Or hire a motorbike if you are brave enough. 5. The aircon is loud, but it's also good as it filters out of other noise. If you are a light sleeper, you might have to reconsider living here. Overall, it is still a good choice to stay at this hotel if you want all the actions in Phuket.
